What we do and how we do it

We use marketing to change behaviour for the social good and achieve this through:

Thought leadership: when the urgent crowds out the important, it can be hard to think holistically and envision what a cutting-edge campaign might look like, what it might achieve and what resources would be needed. We solve this problem by providing senior resource, well-versed in Government communications, which can work externally or as an in-house contractor for a limited period.

Behaviour change planning: our clients are constantly being asked to consider the potential for campaigns in new areas. However, with limited resources, it is imperative that resources are focused where they can have the greatest impact. Our service interrogates the brief, explores the potential impact of a campaign and, if required, sets out the business case for intervention, including projecting the outcomes that can be expected from the activity.

Provision of a flexible resource: deployed at key points in the marketing planning process, when thought leadership or behaviour change planning is required; we work collaboratively, often as an embedded part of the team.
